Designed for final-semester students and recent graduates, this 12-month, full-time fellowship offers the opportunity to build practical skills, take ownership of projects and make a tangible difference in the communities we serve.
Working with Smile Asia also provides exposure to regional programmes, medical professionals, volunteers and partner organisations.
ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP
Fellows will work closely with the Smile Asia team to support regional medical missions, volunteer engagement, stakeholder coordination and programme operations.
As part of a small and collaborative team, fellows will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and receive mentorship from experienced colleagues and partners.

Duration: 12 months
Commitment: Full-time
Monthly stipend: S$2,000
Start date: Immediate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning, logistics and on-site coordination of regional medical missions
- Assist with volunteer recruitment, engagement and communications
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, partners and other stakeholders
- Support programme communications, reporting and administration
REQUIREMENTS
- Recent university graduate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Initiave and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to work effectively in teams
