Fitness4Smiles is a team-based indoor cycling challenge that raises funds for children with facial deformities.

Form a team of 3, ride in relay format for 1 hour, and invite friends, family, and colleagues to pledge an amount for every kilometre your team completes.

Funds raised support Singapore medical volunteer missions across Asia, helping provide surgery and medical care.

All teams have now been registered and we look forward to an exciting Fitness4Smiles 2026.

HOW FITNESS4SMILES WORKS

Simple team-led impact.

FORM A TEAM OF 3
Ride with friends, colleagues, family members, or fellow supporters as one team.

RIDE FOR 1 HOUR
Team members take turns on the bike in relay format while final ride distance is recorded.

FULFIL PLEDGES
Supporters complete their donations once your final team distance is officially confirmed.
HOW PLEDGES ARE CALCULATED

PLEDGE EXAMPLE
EVERY KILOMETRE COUNTS.
If your team completes 35 km and a supporter pledges $2 per km, their final donation will be 35 km × $2 = $70. Supporters only pledge what they are comfortable with, and the final donation is based on your team’s confirmed distance.

THREE AWARD CATEGORIES.
Teams will be recognised for the longest distance, highest number of pledges, and highest total amount of pledged donations.
MATCHING SUPPORT
YOUR GIFT GOES FURTHER.
Qualifying donations will receive up to 50% matching support under Tote Board’s Enhanced Fundraising Programme, subject to approval.
