Your donation will become 1.5x through the government’s EFR programme, subject to eligibility and compliance requirements.

Smile Asia is a global alliance of charities providing free surgical care for children with facial deformities. The Smile Mission Ltd, a Singapore-registered charity, serves as the alliance’s International Secretariat. Funds raised through Fitness4Smiles 2026 support Singapore-based healthcare volunteer engagement in international surgical missions. Eligible donations may receive an additional 50% matching grant under the government’s EFR programme, making every eligible S$1 donation worth S$1.50 in total support.
