Smile Asia is a global alliance of charities providing free surgical care for children with facial deformities. The Smile Mission Ltd, a Singapore-registered charity, serves as the alliance’s International Secretariat. Funds raised through Fitness4Smiles 2026 will support Singapore-based healthcare volunteer engagement in international surgical missions. Eligibility for 1.5x support by the Tote Board is subject to final approval after submission of accounts.
