Your donation helps children affected by cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities access surgery, medical care and long-term cleft support across Asia.

Smile Asia is a global alliance of charities providing free surgical care to children with cleft and other facial conditions. Surgery costs vary, and SGD 500 represents a simple cleft surgery. Impact figures are as at 31 December 2025 and combine results across the alliance. The Smile Mission Ltd, a Singapore-registered charity, serves as the International Secretariat.
